What to Do When You’re Locked Out of SAM.gov
Nothing’s more frustrating than needing to update your SAM registration—only to find you’re locked out.

Here are steps to recover your SAM.gov login:
Visit login.gov and reset your password
Complete 2FA or use backup codes
If your SAM account isn’t linked, reconnect it through Entity Management
